Fred L. Howe is a civil litigation attorney with more than sixteen years experience litigating personal injury cases and insurance coverage cases in Arizona.  Fred worked as staff counsel for Prudential Insurance for more than ten years and successfully defended the Prudential insured's against personal injury claims them.  Fred has tried more than fifty jury trials including wrongful death cases, automobile accident cases, motorcycle cases, dog bites, and premises liability cases.

Fred obtained his law degree from Drake University in Des Moines Iowa in 1989 and was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1990 and began practicing in Phoenix.  Prior to attending law school Fred worked eleven years in Des Moines Iowa as an Internal Audit Manager for a major insurance company.  He earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1984.  That designation recognizes a superior knowledge of insurance operations and principles and recognizes experience in the industry.  

After working for insurance companies for 27years and saving them money in their claim payments, I am available to represent consumers in their claims for personal injury.
